ICASMA 2026 Paper Publication Guidelines
To ensure the highest academic quality and integrity of the research presented at ICASMA 2026, the Organizing Committee has established the following guidelines for the submission and publication process. By submitting your work to this conference, all authors agree to adhere to these rules.
Abstract Submission & Riview
- Process: All submitted abstracts will undergo a preliminary evaluation by our scientific reviewers. An abstract must be officially reviewed and approved by the committee before the author is invited to submit a full paper or present at the conference.
- Important Dates: * Abstract Submission Deadline: 27 July 2026
Full Paper Riview
- Process: Upon the approval of the abstract, authors may submit their full papers. All full papers will be subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by expert reviewers officially appointed by the ICASMA 2026 Organizing Committee. This internal review must be completed before any paper is forwarded to the official publisher.
- Important Date: Full Paper Submission Deadline is 20 Sept 2026.
Compliance, Formatting, & Plagiarism
Full papers must strictly adhere to the conference’s submission requirements. Papers that fail to meet these requirements based on the initial review results will be returned to the authors for revision or rejection before being submitted to the publisher.
- Formatting/Template: Submissions must strictly follow the official formatting template provided on the ICASMA website. Papers with incorrect formatting (e.g., wrong margins, font sizes, or citation styles) will be sent back for correction.
- Originality & Plagiarism: ICASMA 2026 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for academic misconduct. All full papers will be checked using similarity-detection software (e.g., Turnitin or iThenticate). To be eligible for publication, papers must have a maximum similarity index of 20% (with no single source exceeding 5%).
Final Publication Decision
- Publisher Partnership: All accepted full papers from ICASMA 2026 will be submitted for publication in publisher proceedings.
- Final Authority: While the ICASMA 2026 Organizing Committee facilitates the internal peer-review and submission process, please be advised that the decision on whether a paper is approved for publication rests entirely with the publisher. The committee cannot guarantee publication if the publisher determines the manuscript does not meet their independent editorial standards, scope, or quality controls.
